TrustPack is an early-stage SaaS product focused on secure sharing of security and compliance documents for B2B SaaS teams.

At this stage, you acknowledge that:

• TrustPack is in validation and early access phase
• Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• The product is under active development

3. No Compliance or Legal Guarantees

TrustPack:

• Is not a compliance platform
• Does not provide audits, certifications, or legal advice
• Does not guarantee compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or any other standard
• Does not monitor, assess, or validate your compliance status
• Is not a substitute for professional legal or compliance counsel

You remain fully responsible for your own compliance obligations and legal requirements.

4. Early Access Disclaimer

By joining the early access waitlist, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The product is under active development and features are subject to change
• Features may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time
• Data persistence and availability are not guaranteed during early stages
• Service interruptions may occur
• Early access may be revoked at our discretion

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use TrustPack for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials on the TrustPack website are the property of TrustPack and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrustPack (currently $0 for waitlist members).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustPack, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or early access program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use TrustPack immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustPack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as TrustPack evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
